The gentleman told her that the felt rug pad could be spot cleaned yet after a few weeks of urine sitting in it, he didn’t want her to chance keeping it in the house.
She agreed and ordered a replacement of the same rug pad. Luckily, she gets a discount upon ordering for the replacement of the rug pad she had purchased. She was happy because she can use the new rug pad she had ordered.
